Cancellation:
If
you cancel your booking less than 14 days before the
Wye Tour & Workshop
we will retain the full
payment. Written notice (by letter or eMail) of
cancelation received 14 days or more before the
Wye Tour & Workshop will receive 50% refund
General:
Please let us know if you have any
special dietary requirements (eg Vegetarian, Vegan etc);
BOPA
shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury
sustained by any person during the Wye Tour &
Workshop;
All
participants understand that they are freely choosing to
take part in an activity in full knowledge that it is
potentially dangerous and may result in injury or death;
It
is recommended that participants ensure that they have
insurance in place to cover cancellation and personal
injury;
Charges quoted are based on prices and conditions at
time of quoting. If these alter due to circumstances
beyond our control, we reserve the right to offer
participants the choice of either paying an additional
amount or accepting a full refund;
If
Wye Tour & Workshop
has to be cancelled for
reasons outside our control we will refund all monies
paid but will be under no further obligation.
BOPA
reserves the right to cancel the Wye Tour &
Workshop of any person
who at any time appears to constitute a risk to
her/himself, or others. Any expenses incurred shall be
the responsibility of that person and no refund will be
due for the cancelled part the Wye Tour &
Workshop;
Vehicles and contents are left at owner’s sole risk.
BOPA
accepts no responsibility for participant’s property -
please do not bring items of value.
